Family Matters

First General Calgary is a locally owned and operated company that believes strongly in family values.

Originally established in 1987, Allan Maillot and Jamie MacDonald took over the company in 2004 after being long-time employees. Although Allan sold his shares to son Jared in 2010, he’s still an active participant in the business. Jared, Jamie, and Jonathan Lam are the company’s current owners – all equipped with different kinds of expertise – but all with exactly the same core values and principles.
